After quite an eventful day already with Akuma revealed for Street Fighter V, Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite announcement, and The King Of Fighters XIV Graphically updated patch, SNK has dropped a surprise on us by revealing that Garou: Mark Of The Wolves is now available on the Playstation Network for both the PS4 and Vita.
Garou was the last entry into the Fatal Fury Series and was released in 1999. Storywise, Garou takes place 10 years after the death of Geese Howard. Since that fateful day, series’ protagonist Terry Bogard has adopted Geese’ son Rock and trained him in the art of Hakyouseiken. However, a new fighting tournament called “King of Fighters: Maximum Mayhem” was announced and organized by the mysterious Kaine. Several characters related with the fighters from the previous King of Fighters tournaments are invited, including Rock and Terry.
The game feature a cross play and cross purchase, meaning purchasing the game once will allow you to have on both your PS4 and PS Vita. The game also features online play and leader-boards, as well as gallery mode where you can see some of the best Garou illustrations.
